2. Digital Service Policy
All products sold on xiheyueai.com are digital goods — specifically AI writing credits (“AI Coins”) that power our AI-powered content generation features. Upon successful payment, credits are instantly and automatically delivered to your account.
Because digital services are delivered online and are available immediately after purchase, they generally cannot be returned like physical goods.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- You were charged incorrectly;
- You were charged more than once for the same order;
- The purchased service was not delivered due to a technical issue caused by our platform;
- Your account was not credited after a successful payment;
- A serious technical issue prevented you from using the service, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- You have already used the purchased AI Coins or digital service;
- You changed your mind after purchase;
- You are dissatisfied with AI-generated results without a verified technical issue;
- You entered incorrect information during purchase;
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions;
- The issue was caused by your device, browser, internet connection, or third-party software;
- The refund request is submitted after the eligible refund period.
5. No Subscription — Clarification
AI Chat Writer does not offer any subscription-based plans. Every purchase on our platform is a standalone, one-time transaction. You will never be billed automatically or on a recurring basis. Each AI Coin pack must be purchased individually by the user.
